Terms of Service

Acceptance
By using Noteece, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented in the app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Noteece provides privacy-control tools for Mac, iOS, and Apple Watch, including device linking, app controls, schedules, activity logs, and automation features. Some features require Apple permissions or a companion Mac app.
Account and Eligibility
You are responsible for your account, devices, settings, and compliance with workplace, school, family, and local requirements that may apply to device-management or Screen Time controls.
Subscriptions and Trials
Full access requires Noteece Subscription Monthly or Noteece Subscription Annual, auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase. A 7-day free trial is available through the Apple purchase sheet, then the selected subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store account settings. Payment and renewal are managed by Apple, and Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Permissions and User Content
You authorize Noteece to use the permissions and support information you provide to operate the requested features. You must not submit unlawful, harmful, or third-party confidential content through support channels.
Acceptable Use
You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse, overload, bypass security, violate laws, or use Noteece to monitor another person without proper authority and consent.
Availability and Disclaimers
Noteece is provided as a privacy-management tool, not a guarantee that every risk, disclosure, notification, or device event will be prevented. Features may depend on Apple APIs, network status, OS versions, and device permissions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noteece is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Noteece and cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store controls.
