Effective Date
This Privacy Policy explains how Noteece collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use Noteece on Mac, iOS, and Apple Watch.
Information We Process
We may process account identifiers, email address, subscription status, connected device status, privacy-control preferences, automation schedules, activity logs, support messages, and limited device-context information needed to operate or troubleshoot the service. Payment details are handled by Apple, not Noteece.
Sensitive Permissions
Screen Time, notification, local network, Apple Watch, and Mac companion permissions are requested only when needed for privacy controls. Noteece is not designed to read message contents, photos, files, microphone audio, camera video, or browsing history. Precise location is used only if you enable a location-based automation and the feature is available.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to provide privacy controls, sync settings across devices where supported, maintain activity logs, troubleshoot support requests, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers when needed for configured support email delivery, app-store payment or subscription handling, hosting, or legal compliance.
Retention and Deletion
Local app records are kept while your local app profile or account is active. Activity logs, support tickets, and support email records may be retained as long as needed for support, security, legal compliance, or user-requested history. You may clear local logs or request account/data deletion in the app where available, or contact support@noteece.com.
Your Choices and Rights
You can change app permissions in Apple Settings, disable automations, clear logs, or contact support. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to processing, or opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.
Security
We use Apple platform protections, local storage controls, and service-provider safeguards where available. Transport protections depend on the configured endpoint and provider, and Noteece does not claim end-to-end encryption. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we design the product to minimize collection and reduce exposure.
